Our services include new construction, home additions, remodeling and renovations, code violation corrections, permits and inspections, and commercial construction. All projects are performed under a separate written contract that will govern the specific scope, pricing, timeline, and warranties of your project. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed project contract, the signed contract shall prevail.

3. Estimates & Proposals

Any estimate, quote, or proposal provided through this Site or by our team is preliminary and based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is established in a written, signed agreement after a site visit and full scope assessment. We reserve the right to revise estimates if project conditions, materials, or requirements change before a contract is executed.

4. SMS & Messaging Consent (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

By submitting your phone number through any form on this Site, requesting a consultation, or otherwise providing your contact information to Royalty's Choice Contractor, you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated SMS text messages, marketing messages, and appointment reminders from our company at the number you provided.
